Where is Park&JET located?
Park&JET is conveniently located directly off of I-95 and adjacent to the Ramada Philadelphia Airport hotel. For directions please click here to re-direct to our Contact page for directions.

What do I do when I arrive at Park&JET?
Park&JET shuttles run 24/7 on demand from the lot. You should allow 15 minutes from the time you should be at the airport. The Airlines request you allow 2 hours prior to your departure for Domestic Flights and three hours prior to departure for International Flights.

If you will be a guest at our Ramada Philadelphia Airport Hotel you will be shuttled to the hotel entrance where you can procede to the front desk to check-in.

What should I do when I arrive back into Philadelphia International Airport from my trip?
You will be given a card by your driver when you park your vehicle at Park&JET reminding you where you have parked in the lot. Just tuck this in your wallet or purse for your return.

After you have retreived your baggage in the Baggage Claim area, you can proceed to the Courtesy Telephone station in the baggage terminal and use one of the six phones to call "29" and be connected to our dispatcher. Another option is to call the number on your card directly to speak with our dispatcher.

The Park&JET dispatcher will

ask if you have all of your luggage, what terminal you are in, how many people in your party and for your first name. They will then direct you to ZONE 4, which is our designated pickup area. PLEASE RETREIVE YOUR LUGGAGE BEFORE you call for a pickup. All of our vehicles are radio-dispatched and on standby in the airport area.

What if my flight is cancelled?
No Problem! Park&JET does not charge for cancelled flights. Just show your airline ticket to the cashier upon checkout and you will not be charged.

What if I return to find I have a flat or dead battery?
"At Your Service" is the Park&JET motto! We provide portable battery jumpstarts and air pressure machines FREE to our guests. We will assist you in whatever manner you need to get you safely on your way. Have to wait for Roadside Assistance? Do it in the comfort of our adjoining Ramada Hotel.

What if it's a late-flight and I decide not to drive home that night?
Great Idea! Just let your courtesy driver know and he can take you to the Hotel where you can get a room at a special parking rate.
